Montesino A Fuente Serie Gran Reserva cigarros

Arturo Fuente makes some of the best cigars in the world, from the "entry level" Curly Head to the super premium Opus X, and everything in between. This cigar review is devoted to one of those cigars that are "in between", the Grand Reserva Churchill Maduro, which measures 7 ¼ inches in length with a ring gauge of 48. The cigar is made in the Dominican Republic.
Flavor
The Churchill Maduro is medium in flavor. For a Fuente, the taste of this cigar is about average, but when compared to the universe of cigars, the taste of this particular Fuente is definitely above average. The taste was consistent throughout, and was very enjoyable from beginning to end.
Draw and Construction
The cigar was very well constructed and had an excellent draw. It burned evenly and held a long ash. The cigar lasted almost an hour and a half and required one relight, but only because I walked away for a couple of minutes.
Value
When purchased by the box of 25, the cost of this cigar is about $4.50 per stick. When factoring in the size of the stogie, the Fuente Churchill Maduro is an excellent value. The cigar will last almost twice as long as the typical corona size cigar, so you must have some time to devote towards smoking this stick in order to receive its full value.
